During this period, I have been a full-time self-employed contract consultant-programmer-analyst. Software developed during this period includes the NFIMR (National Fetal Infant Mortality Review) Database System developed for the American  College of Obstetricians Gynecologists (Foxpro for Windows) and the QASAS (Quality Assurance Survey Assessment System) system (written in Delphi 2).

Programmer / Analyst / Consultant 

During this period I have been working under contract for BCC Software. I initially designed and programmed the Mail Manager for Windows 2010 software (using Delphi 2, 3, 4, 5, 7) and have subsequently worked as a programmer for the same software.

University of Rochester, Office of Administrative Information Systems

Programmer / Analyst / Consultant 

During this period, I was a full-time contract consultant-programmer-analyst working for the University of Rochester. I have done all of the programming for the University's new Management Information System for Encumbrance Reporting (MISER) program. The program is written in the MicroSoft FoxPro (DOS/Windows/Mac) language/database.

During this period, as a contract programmer, I developed the Encumbrance Accounting program for the department of Neurobiology and Anatomy. The program was written in FoxBase+/Mac.

During this period I was a contract programmer at PayChex in Rochester. I was a team member developing the PayLink Payroll submission software which was written in the "C" Language.
